Withdrawal processing times are displayed in the cashier and vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after settlement of pending wagers will be returned to your registered withdrawal method, provided KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a2game is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute not resolved through direct negotiation with a2game support shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as nominated by a2game.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Pakistani users acknowledge that they bear sole responsibility for their compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws when accessing the a2game platform.
